Certified copy of driver

How do you get copy of your drivers license? A certified copy of a. Certified version of type 3. Type 3A is provided only to the person the record belongs to. This is the only record type that can be used for a defensive driving course (DDC).

You are required by the NY State Vehicle and Traffic Law to file an accident report if you are involved in any accident where there is damage to the property of one individual (including yourself) that is more than $000. An individual may request his or her own insurance abstract to obtain an insurance discount under ORS 746. You may request a copy of your driving or vehicle record from DMV.
