Oftentimes, pasalubong is associated with people traveling abroad and are coming back home, who we call balikbayan. Hailed as the sweetest fruit in the World by the Guinness Book of World Records, the carabao mangoes from the Philippines are highly sought-after. With numerous varieties of the said fruit , the carabao mango of Guimaras still remains as the tastiest in the country and possibly, the world.

Aside in taking the Imodium, I stay hydrated and consumed BRAT (brea rice, apple, tea). Remember the acronym which may have a negative connotation but effective based on my experience.
